What really sets Instant Pasta apart from Instant Noodles are its health benefits. We can achieve this due to three reasons-

100% Semolina(Sooji) instead of refined wheat flour
Semolina is high in protein, with 30% more protein than wheat flour. It is also a source of fibre, with 45% more fibre than wheat flour. For these reasons, Instant Pasta can be more filling and digestible. Semolina also have >50% higher Zinc, Magnesium and Calcium content [2,3] The pasta in Fastaah products is made from 100% Durum Wheat Semolina, which is also essential for the distinct bite and the characteristic golden yellow colour.

No preservatives
Since Noodles are fried, they have a tendency of going rancid due to oxidation and producing rancid fats. This requires noodle makers to add various kind of preservatives like antioxidants, with some like TBHQ being controversial due to their possible health dangers[4,5]. Instant Pasta simply relies on low-moisture content for its long shelf life. In fact, for all our Instant Pasta products, shelf-life is limited by seasoning rather than the Pasta.
