Organize myself

I want to organize myself by taking some important action about my personality.I want to learn about time management.I do not manage my time therefore i face lot of problems,I do not sleep early due to many reasons like i eat dinner late.I use social media apps till late night.I waste my so much time in useless activities just for the fun.Now all these useless actions have become my habits that destroy my personality and health.I have made lot of plans to get rid of it but it is a time to take action and change the history.

I have taken some important action about my time management that change my life entirely,Now i can manage my time.I eat early approximately 9 o'clock then i go for a walk that give me chance to digest food easily.now it has become my habit to sleep at 10 o'clock.I get up early in the morning and go for a walk with the positive attitude.These habits give me a chance to observe nature closely.I will try to do all these actions regularly till 21 days.Research tell us that if we do anything with consistency in 21 days it will become your habit.
